The Lord By Wisdom Founded the Earth!
Dear Lord, I pray for wisdom for those who believe the words, “The Lord by wisdom founded the earth.” In Jesus’ name, amen.
Genesis 1:1 (ESV) says, “In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.”
There is a difference between those who believe God created the heavens and the earth, men, and women, and those who argue everything is an accident of natural selection and evolution. Which camp are you in?
Proverbs 3:19-20 (ESV) reiterates the creation account.
“The Lord by wisdom founded the earth;
by understanding he established the heavens;
by his knowledge the deeps broke open,
and the clouds drop down the dew.”
Ponder God as the creator, and acknowledge his hand in creation.
